These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "Member", or "you") and MajuWin (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MajuWin online gaming platform, accessible at majuwin.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomain services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of the services offered by MajuWin — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, poker, and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the MajuWin platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account with MajuWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. MajuWin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities. No exceptions will be made.
2. You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of MajuWin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by MajuWin for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
6. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. MajuWin is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security PIN with any third party. MajuWin will never solicit your password through any channel. Any action taken on your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether access was authorised.

MajuWin reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

MajuWin is committed to operating a compliant, fraud-resistant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal and may be requested to complete KYC at any other time at the Company's discretion.

KYC documentation typically includes the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), international passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the Player holding their photo ID next to their face.
• Proof of payment method where required (e.g., screenshot of the e-wallet account or bank account showing the account holder name).

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. MajuWin may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, inconsistent, or otherwise insufficient to satisfy compliance requirements.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in restrictions being applied to the Account, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

6.1 Deposits. MajuWin accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, online banking through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and BTC. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified accounts. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company's finance team. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Cryptocurrency withdrawals carry a minimum of USDT 20 or equivalent.

6.3 Processing Times. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal that exceeds RM 20,000 within any rolling 30-day period. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

6.5 Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency balance is maintained. Currency conversion rates applicable to cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals will be clearly displayed at the time of transaction.

MajuWin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer acceptance and shall form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Account separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless specified otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to deposits made before the bonus was claimed.
• MajuWin reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim a bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• The birthday bonus programme tiers are: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Eligibility is determined by the Player's loyalty tier at the time of their birthday and is subject to prior KYC verification.

All games available on the MajuWin platform use certified random number generation (RNG) engines or are served by licensed live dealer studios. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and relies entirely on third-party-certified game mechanics.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error occurring during a game round, the hand or spin in progress at the time of the error will be managed in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. MajuWin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical errors in good faith.

Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return for each game under normal operating conditions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Any wager placed using funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal means will be deemed void. All associated winnings will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the MajuWin platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial crime laws.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion measures.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or other IP-masking technology.

All content on the MajuWin platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of MajuWin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes during the term of your Account registration. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, framing, scraping, or otherwise exploiting any platform content without the Company's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MajuWin, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, including Account data, as a result of technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Interruptions in service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits MajuWin's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. MajuWin strongly recommends that all Players set personal spending limits and only wager funds they can afford to lose.

MajuWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your Account Settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net gaming activity.

MajuWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider.
• Any regulatory, compliance, or legal requirement necessitating the restriction of the Account.

Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a request to our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-fraud checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

MajuWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of the MajuWin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the Table of Contents reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under any consumer protection legislation applicable in your country or territory of residence.
